Losing weight shouldn’t be constant misery, but there may be some sacrifice.
This blog comes from the frustration I sometimes feel when I see or hear diets that make it sound like you can have all your favorite foods, all the time, and lose weight too.
It’s not that it can’t be done, but if you don’t change some habits/patterns/menus, the weight is not going to stay off anyway. It seems to me when we sacrifice a little, do things we don’t want to do, it makes us stronger. And then maybe we can start doing things we never thought we’d be able to do.
Like eat salmon…
