2017 Mizzou Homecoming Events

Mizzou Homecoming is just right around the corner so here’s all the events going on around campus. 

Homecoming Blood Drive
Monday, Oct. 9 – Thursday, Oct. 12
Hearnes Center
11 AM – 7 PM
MU has the largest student-run blood drive in the country, and this year help us beat our past record of 4,374 units for the hospitals of mid-Missouri.

Talent Show
Monday, Oct. 16 – Wednesday, Oct. 18
Jesse Hall
6:30 PM – 9 PM
Come watch the Homecoming skits, dances and Homecoming acts.


Decorate the District
Friday, Oct. 20 – Saturday, Oct. 21
Downtown Columbia
Mosey downtown to see how good Tiger pride looks on Columbia.

Taste of Columbia
Friday, Oct. 20
6 – 9 PM
Enjoy delicious food from local Columbia vendors while checking out Campus Decorations!

Campus Decs
Friday, Oct. 20
6 – 9 PM
Stroll through Greektown to see fraternities’ and sororities’ 2017 Campus Decs based on the Homecoming theme, Rhythm of the Roar.

Spirit Rally
Friday, Oct. 20 | 8:30 PM
Traditions Plaza

Rev up for the big game with Truman the Tiger, the Mizzou Spirit Squads and Marching Mizzou.

Step Show
Friday, Oct. 20
Jesse Auditorium
Each year National Panhellenic Council organizations face off in a battle to see who can stroll and step the best.

Saturday, Oct. 21
Downtown Columbia
Time 7:30 AM
Join us along the parade route for flashy floats, fancy cars, and a little band music.

Homecoming Game
Saturday, Oct. 21
Memorial Stadium
Time 11 AM
Cheer on your Tigers as they take on the Idaho Vandals and stick around during half-time to see who will become the 2017 Homecoming King and Queen.
