A Few Days On The Katy Trail

Me & some mates celebrated the trail’s 30th birthday!

The Katy Trail turned 30 years old recently!  I never pass up a chance to promote my favorite place to spend time, so here’s some highlights from a recent trip.

Two of my oldest friends, “B-2 Brad” (for his penchant for “stealth” camping) and “Ole Hickory” Greg, along with Greg’s boys Davis & Clayton rode pretty much the entire trail.  They took the Amtrak to Sedalia and started there, I joined them for a couple of days of perfect riding in the middle.
