A Local Gem: Vintage 424

If you like a little old and a little new, this shop is for you!

 

This weekend I had some “me” time, and ventured around downtown Moberly, MO.

One of my favorite things to do alone is go explore small town stores. Specifically antique type shops.

I stopped by a new store there called ‘Vintage 424’. Owned by a former classmate of mine (as well as similar old soul), Kelsey Jeffries.

This little store is absolutely adorable. The look and concept are a breath of fresh air to Moberly’s downtown district.

Stepping through the newly renovated space, you are immediately transported to another time. The store is filled will lovely items from the past that Kelsey hand picks and has a part in refurbishing, to give them a slightly modern twist.

Not only does the store have these amazing vintage items, but there are other hand picked, original pieces that fill the store. Many of these items come from other local, creative individuals.

Kelsey opened up shop just a few short months ago, and I couldn’t be happier for her that she has made this long time dream a reality.

I would highly recommend you make a point to stop in to see Kelsey and her new store, Vintage 424!
