Rice Cakes With Avocado and Egg

Breaking: Rice Cakes CAN Taste Good!

Really! Just have to know what to top it with. This recipe is good and good for you!

Use more or less of whatever you like, but this is the right ratio for me.

Ingredients:

2 rice cakes (I use lightly salted)

1/2 avocado

2 hard boiled eggs

Salt 

Pepper

Garlic powder

 

Directions:

1. mash avocado and eggs together (not the easiest thing to do)

2. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder

3. Top rice cake with mixture
