She says she started losing weight after winning American Idol in 2015, but like many of us, diet restrictions led to overindulgence and she lacked the knowledge to create boundaries for herself.
So, Carrie created a workout and nutrition manual called Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong With Fit52Life. Carrie wrote this with her personal trainer and nutritionist, Eve Overland. The new manual will help women make healthy choices year round.
Carrie is also announcing the launch of her new fitness app, fit52, which is now available for download on iOS. The fit52 app is part of a holistic wellness platform designed to encourage and support you on your personal wellness journey and make it easier for you to find your path to a stronger, healthier you.
