Clear Crew Super Bowl Snacks: Josh’s Peach ‘n Heat Meatballs

Josh is great at opening his cabinets & creating something tasty from what he’s got on hand.  For example…

First of all, when you see Josh walking into the studio with a crock pot you know it’s going to be a good day!

Josh wanted to make meatballs, but something different than the typical bbq sauce variety.  He found some peach preserves and came up with this delicious appetizer.  And he made them right in the studio!

Peach n’ Heat Meatballs

  • 1 tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • *For added heat, 1 tbsp. red pepper flakes

Combine BBQ sauce, peach preserves, and spices. Mix well.
