Clear Crew’s Top Picks For 2019

The Clear Crew picks their favorite songs from 2019. What was your favorite song?

Scotty – Kacey Musgraves, “Rainbow”

“My favorite song for Country radio and the industry was Luke Combs’ “Beer Never Broke My Heart”. Upbeat and fun, and anytime we played it at an event or parade, EVERYBODY would sing along.

Tough to pick my personal favorite, but I’ll go with Kacey Musgraves’ “Rainbow”, because of the line “You hold tight to your umbrella, well, darlin’ I’m just tryin’ to tell ya, That there’s always been a rainbow hangin’ over your head.”

Catryna – Matt Stell, “Prayed For You”

“This is just one of my favorites from 2019. The song itself has an amazing sound, but then add the lyrics that have SO much meaning. This song is an anthem for one of my family members who met her love she was actually praying for. So, that was pretty cool that this song came along at the same time. ”

Josh Ryan – Maren Morris feat. Brothers Osborne, “All My Favorite People”

“If you have a group of friends or family that you can always count on to understand what you’re going through, this is the perfect song for you. Maren is super soulful on this track and TJ Osborne’s 2nd verse is a killer addition. Love the duo of Maren and Bros. Osborne.”

Aric Bremer – Old Dominion, “One Man Band”

“I think it resonates on a level that we all know how to ‘do us’… Meaning, I know how to just go about life by myself but it ends up super unfulfilling to not be able to share certain life moments, so when you meet that person that just fills the missing pieces it brings a wholeness to your life.”

Jamie Mac – Thomas Rhett, “Remember You Young”

“Nostalgic. No word wasted. Remember You Young was the most beautiful song released in 2019 in my opinion, and I’m not just referring to country radio. It creatively takes you from adolescence to when we start to lose the battle with Father Time. It’s a great sentiment that leaves a lasting impression, which is “no matter how much time goes by, for worse or for better, I’ll always Remember You Young.”

  1. For sure Luke Combs “Even Though I’m Leaving” Such emotion!!!! Its definitely one of those songs that hits you right in the feels.

  2. So many good songs this year, hard to pick just one! My 5 year old twins love to sing with the radio when I drive them to school, etc. We have our Alexa on in the kitchen to Clear 99 all the time so there is lots of dancing and singing going on while we cook. Old Dominion and Luke Combs are two of our favorite artists! Make it Sweet and One Man Band❤. Wait until you hear a 5 year old boy belt out “Beer never broke my heart”, it is the best! Pray for you gets me in the feels as I prayed for the man who is my husband to come along, then together, we prayed for our twins. Thank you Clear 99 for being a part of my family.❤

  3. Any song from Miranda Lambert’s Wildcard or Tanya Tucker’s While I’m Livin albums!

  4. Eric Church “Some of It”. Although it came out in October 2018. It was by far my favorite in 2019.

  5. I discovered this artist in 2019 and wanted to share it with you, https://youtu.be/wKmfQG18taU. Her song “The Package”, really reminds me a bit of Carrie Underwood.

  6. One Man Band- Old Dominion.

  7. Those are such great stories/memories to hold on to. 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
