New music on the way from Kelsea Ballerini!
Kelsea announced via her social media platform last night (Wednesday, January 23rd) that the album will be called “Kelsea,” and it’s coming out this March.
Not much other info at this time, except for you’ve probably already heard the first release of the album on Clear 99, which is “Homcoming Queen?”

It’s crazy to think that she’s already 26-years old and is on her third studio album. Feels like just yesterday we were bobbing our heads to “Love Me Like You Mean It” and “Dibs.”
She told Nashville’s Tennessean last year that “I think the older I get … the more confident I feel about writing that kind of stuff. I write my songs, and I play guitar, and I write about what I’m going through. I’m just really excited to clean the slate again.”
My favorite “Kelsea moment” came a few years back when she performed on 9th Street, outside The Blue Note. She was doing her sound check, this sweet little girl was in a trance while watching Kelsea and hanging on every note. When Kelsea got done making sure everything sounded great, she made a point to come down to street level and come give the little girl a hug. She definitely made a fan for life that day.
My favorite song from Kelsea is “Peter Pan,” what’s yours?
