Italian Roast Beef Sliders.

This is another recipe I got from that Hyvee Magazine that comes to my house.  I’d seen similar recipes where you use Hawaiian rolls and make the sandwiches all at once, and for some reason it just seemed cool to me.

• One of the things I love about this is that these were really good, but obviously you could substitute any of the ingredients and make something you’ll like even better.  Aric was telling us about using this concept with eggs, sausage & syrup for a breakfast take on it.
• I wasn’t sure about the alfredo/pesto sauce but WOW!  That’s big flavor on a little sandwich.
• It hit me to use a pizza cutter to cut them apart at the end.  You’ll excuse me for saying it was a genius idea. 😁
• It’s also one of those dishes that is just as good heated up the next day.  That’s what Liz did when I brought her some, and she said they were fabulous!  Of course we’ve talked about the fact that Liz is too nice to say anything else…
