Today is Cranky Co-Workers Day

This is the day we ‘honor’ our cranky co-workers. How’s that? We UNwatch the action of a cranky co-worker. And yes, that’s honoring them….but also yourself. We don’t get to choose who we work with, but we can choose how we deal with them.

“Crankies” don’t care about the smooth run of the company…they don’t look for the productivity of the company either. They’re self-involved twerps who spread upset as easily as butter on hot toast.

So sure, we tend to get tense at times because of their behavior. But THIS is the day we just ignore them…and perhaps, start a pattern for dealing with them every day. It may sound like a tall order, but ya gotta start somewhere, right? And hey…if you can’t make it a regular response, do it for yourself this day. Take a break from their lousy attitude and let your day move in peace and silence. Good luck!
