Clear Crew Picks For 2022 – Liz

Liz picked Jackson Dean’s “Don’t Come Lookin'” because of its “Yellowstone” sound.

(Each day this last week of the year, a different Clear Crew member will pick their favorite song of the year and share some thoughts of why they picked it.)

There are so many things I love about this song! Scotty and I always turn it up in the studio because its such a great pump up song. The intro is one of the best I’ve heard, and it was on an episode of Yellowstone!

Scotty and I like to talk about this new wave of music that we’re hearing and we’ve come up with the term ‘The Yellowstone Era.’ A lot of the songs have an unpolished sound and gritty lyrics  and I feel like this was one of the first songs to intro us into this new sound!
