Another delicious dip idea for your Super Bowl party, courtesy of Aric Bremer.
Spicy Sausage Cream Cheese & Rotel Dip
1lb – spicy sausage (or NOT spicy if you prefer)
1 block of cream cheese
1 can of Rotel (spicy or not)
1 handful of cheddar cheese
Brown the sausage, and add to other ingredients in a Crock Pot and melt it all together. Serve with a sturdy tortilla chip, or those fried wonton chips are really good with it as well.
