“Cooking In Scotty’s Kitchen” with Columbia Hy-Vee’s – Turkey Sausage Cups

There’s only 4 ingredients and it’s protein packed!

Here are the 4 simple ingredients…

  • 4 eggs – put into a bowl and whisk
  • 1 cup of Kodiak high protein pancake mix.  Mix with the eggs.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese.
  • 1 lb of turkey sausage.  We used HOT turkey sausage!

Combine the ingredients.  Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.  Spoon in the mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.  Simple as that!
