It’s another one suggested by a listener, so Scotty gave it a go!
The morning we were talking about “go-to soups”, listener Jeff said this was his. He shared the ingredients with us, and I found a recipe online that was close, so it was a mix of the two.
This recipe is from The Pioneer Woman, who we know from past discussions is a Clear Country favorite.
I made a couple of changes to it…
- Instead of cooking the chicken breasts, I just used shredded chicken from the store.
- Jeff’s recipe called for rotel, so I used that instead of the salsa in the above recipe.
