There was smoke involved…
We’re celebrating National Pork Month with the Missouri Pork Producers, and it was Scotty’s turn to cook for the Clear Crew.
After a discussion we had on the radio, as you can see I smoked the pork for a couple of hours and then put it in the Crock-Pot. It turned out great!
Then I shredded it, and put it back in the cooker with some chipotle peppers with adobo sauce for another hour or so. That stuff is fantastic! It adds a little heat and a little more smokey (smoky?) flavor too.
