We’re celebrating National Pork Month with the Missouri Pork Producers!
Every weekend in October a Clear Crew member will fix a dish using Missouri Pork, and we’ll share some pics and the recipe here.
Kira set up a yummy taco bar for us, using ground pork, and she made it two different ways.
- With a packet of pre-made taco seasoning
- With paprika, onion power, garlic powder, salt
The taco bar had green onion, yellow onion, tomato, green guacamole salsa, cilantro, sour cream, dairy cheese and non-dairy cheese, tortillas.
