Like Shania, Tenille Townes is a Canadian born & bred. She took a sign to the concert asking the superstar if she could join her on stage…and Shania brought her up!
She’s won a slew of Canadian music awards, and in 2020 she won two ACM awards. She took home the New Female Artist of the Year trophy, and along with Maren Morris, Ashley McBryde, Elle King and Caylee Hammack, was a part of Miranda Lambert’s cover of “Fooled Around And Fell In Love” which won Musical Event of the Year.
She has also raised nearly $2 million for Sunrise House, a shelter for homeless youth in her native Alberta, Canada through her annual fundraiser, Big Hearts For Big Kids.
