Jake asked his longtime girlfriend, Erica Hartlein, and she said YES! He shared the news on Instagram Monday night.
Jake and Erica met in 2017. She worked as an interior designer and helped Jake with a furniture purchase. They welcomed their daughter, Paris, in April of 2019.
Jake is also a dad to 8-year-old Pearl from a previous marriage.
Jake recently shared the loves of his life in his music video for ‘Made For You.’
As of right now, the couple haven’t revealed any details about their upcoming nuptials.
