The label made the announcement via their Instagram page.
The post said, In the wake of recent events, Big Loud records has made the decision to suspend Morgan Wallen’s recording contract indefinitely. Republic Records fully supports Big Loud’s decision and agrees such behavior will not be tolerated.
Sorry Morgan – first good, ok maybe?! But this is totally not acceptable at all wherever you are! Shame on you!
The industry is so hypocritical. Other “artists” can say the same word 18 times in a single rap song and talk about murder and sex and every other thing under the sun and it’s sold like hot cakes. This is so ridiculous!
